He has been practicing spine and orthopedic surgery locally since 2007. He and his spine team have been working together almost exclusively for the past 9 years. Having worked closely with Stonecrest Medical Center to develop the Spine Surgery Institute, the process of going through spine surgery has been streamlined immensely and the outcomes for patients have improved and will continue to improve going forward.
Dr. Fish completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Oklahoma State University followed by a comprehensive fellowship in all aspects of spinal surgery at the Rocky Mountain Spine Institute in Denver, Colorado.
When not working, Dr. Fish enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. He and his wife enjoy the Nashville food and music scene and his kids are very active in sports and other activities. Dr. Fish is also an avid golfer and still plays hockey competitively here in Nashville.
